This house was remodeled about a year ago, but has not been photographed yet. It is located blocks from the ocean, and utilizes the ocean breeze to cool in the summer. It also features thermal mass and large windows to heat in the winter. The owners love the ocean and being outside, so an outdoor shower was an amenity that was added.
