This is second restaurant that Newman Building Designs worked on with
this client. The flavor of the food inspired the design as much
as anything. The grill was placed near the entrance so that the
smells of the kitchen would flow out into the neighborhood, and attract
hungry patrons. A bar was placed adjacent to the kitchen so that
people could be served food fresh off the grill. The main dining
area is separated from the kitchen with a colonnade.
